Counselling & Psychotherapy

Counselling and psychotherapy provided by New Reflections.

Step 1 - Make an appointment

Your first step is to make an appointment. All first appointments with New Reflections are arranged via the phone. This initial call will last between 5-10 minutes, and provides an opportunity for you to ask questions about therapy or the therapis and to provide a summary of your current situation.

You can call us directly, or you can request a call back at a time to suit you using the contact page. Your call will be treated in confidence.

Step 2 - Attending your First Appointment

Your first session will last an hour and a half. For the first hour you will be able to 'have your say' about your situation and what you would like from therapy. Feedback and explanation of what is happening can be provided, at the end of the hour you can decide whether therapy is for you.

If you decide to proceed then I will take some basic details such as name, address, GP etc, this will take 30 minutes.

All information shared will be treated with respect and kept in confidence.

Step 3 - Make your Regular Appointments

You can make a regular appointments, usually this is the same time and day of the week as agreed.
